Are your plants environmentally friendly?

Can your artificial plants be placed outdoors?

At TreeLocate Foliages, we have developed UVSilx, our patented brand of artificial plants engineered specifically for outdoor use. Designed to endure harsh weather conditions such as heat, humidity, and wind, UVSilx plants feature colourfast foliage that remains vibrant even under prolonged direct sunlight.

Please note that our non-UVSilx plants are not suitable for outdoor placement, as they may fade or become damaged over time.

Can I customise the size and shape of the plants/trees?

If you can’t find exactly what you’re looking for through our online shop, check out our bespoke service. Our team of experts will work closely with you to bring your vision to life, no matter how complex or unique.

Delivery
What if my order arrives damaged?

Any damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. After this time frame, the damage will be assumed to have occurred after delivery and therefore will not be accepted for return.

Do you offer international shipping?

For international shipping, costs vary by country and will be calculated once you enter your address during checkout.

Do you provide installation services?

For an additional fee of 600 AED, our team of experts can install the products for you. This option can be selected in checkout.

For green wall panels, this includes cutting the panels to size, joining them, and installing them. For potted plants, we will fill the empty space around each plant with foam, add a top layer of pebbles or mulch or your choosing, and carefully position the plants.

Please note that all bespoke orders automatically include installation.

Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?

Please contact us with your order ID to request a change in the delivery location. Note that if the order has already been dispatched, you will need to follow our return instructions instead.

Returns
How do I request a return?

To request a return please email sales@foliages.ae and include the following:

  • Your order number
  • Name of product(s), item number(s), and quantity of items you are returning

Customer Service will respond to you with return shipping instructions within 48 hours.

Please note all orders are subject to a 20% restocking fee and origin delivery & handling fee (AED 200).

What is your return policy?

For a full refund, return your item(s) within 7 days of receiving your order. Please note that we can only issue a full refund if the items remain unused, unassembled and undamaged.

How long does it take to process a refund?

Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in the account used for the original payment.

Can I exchange an item instead of returning it?

You can exchange an item for another of equal value at our showroom in DIP 2. Please ensure that the original item is unused, unassembled, undamaged, and returned within 7 days of receiving your order to be eligible for an exchange.

How do I create an account?

To create a trade account, please contact us and we will set this up for you. This is necessary to access the partner discount and other exclusive trade benefits.

Is my personal information secure?

All information collected will be used in accordance with our privacy policy. Should you wish to withdraw your personal information from our system, please contact us, and we will assist you promptly.

How do I apply a discount code to my account?

Your personalized discount code can be applied at checkout, while site-wide discount codes will automatically be applied to your basket. Please note that you cannot use two discount codes simultaneously; entering your personal discount code will override the site-wide discount.

Product care
How do I clean my artificial plants?

Maintenance of your artificial plants couldn’t be any easier! Just use a damp microfiber cloth to wipe down each leaf whenever you notice dust buildup. It's that simple.

How do I prevent my artificial plants from fading?

If your plants will be exposed to direct sunlight, we highly recommend our UVSilx range, which is UV-protected to prevent fading. You can filter our products to display only the UVSilx range, or simply look for the sun symbol in the corner of the product images.

Can I trim or reshape my artificial plants?

While we certainly don’t recommend trimming your artificial plants (they won’t grow back!) you can shape them to your heart's content. To achieve a lush, bushy appearance, bend the leaves by the stem to open up the plant. Feel free to adjust and reshape as much as you like until you find the perfect look.

Warranty & Accreditation
Do your products come with warranty?

Yes, all our products come with a warranty, with the duration varying by product type.

Our standard range comes with a 2-year warranty. For UVSilx, we provide a 2-year warranty against colour fading. FireSilx is backed by a lifetime warranty on its fire-retardant properties.

Are your products certified for fire safety?

All inherently fire-retardant products in our online shop are marked with a flame symbol, signifying they are part of our patented FireSilx brand. Every FireSilx item comes with the necessary certificates and a lifetime warranty. If you need additional testing or a specific type of certificate, contact us, and we'll assist you promptly.
