Bespoke Replica Trees, Built To Your Spec
Botanically Correct – Fabricated Trunk Artificial Trees
Our custom-made trees are available in two varieties. One is produced with outstanding craftsmanship using moulding techniques, the other is hand-carved from expanded polyurethane foam sprayed over a metal skeleton. The moulded trees are manufactured using resin for the trunks, while the hand-carved versions are polyurea coated for near indestructible toughness. Both styles are expertly hand-painted to replicate life-like detail.
Above the fabricated trunk and major branches, the minor upper branches of the tree are preserved natural woods from sustainable sources. Into the various branches foliage sprays are inserted bearing FireSilx™ inherently fire retardant leaves, blossom, and fruits, as appropriate. The results are trees which are remarkably realistic with exceptional strength from the steel skeletons beneath the fabricated exteriors.
All of our custom made trees are created using our FireSilx (FR) fire retardant artificial foliage, which is much safer and far more fire retardant than many other manufacturers’ products that are simply surface sprayed with a fire retardant chemical. FireSilx products are made with inherently fire retardant during the manufacturing process – fire retardancy is built in to the structure of the materials. British Standards fire testing and safety certificates are available on request, or from here.
Bespoke fabricated trunk trees are not as heavy as products made exclusively from timber, which gives them additional suitability for indoor use – especially when installation is above ground floor level.
Our tailor made trees are hand-built in the UAE and UK, and can be designed to any shape and size up to 15 metres in height. They can be built in modular sections for easy ingress to final installation locations, and for lower cost or simplified transportation.

Outdoor Artificial Trees
When selecting outdoor artificial trees, look for features such as UV protection and weather resistance. These trees are designed to resist fading and damage from sunlight, rain, and wind.
Material Selection:
Opt for trees made from high-quality materials like polyethylene (PE), which is known for its durability and resistance to UV rays. Some trees also incorporate fibreglass trunks for added realism and strength.
Design and Construction:
Outdoor artificial trees are often designed with reinforced bases and sturdy construction to withstand wind and weather. Look for trees with a secure, weighted base to prevent tipping.
Maintenance Tips:
Although outdoor artificial trees are low-maintenance, occasional cleaning can help extend their lifespan. Use a mild soap solution and a soft cloth to remove dirt and debris.
How Long Will an Artificial Tree Last Outside?
The lifespan of an artificial tree outdoors depends on the quality of the materials and the conditions it is exposed to. Generally, the best artificial trees for outdoor use can last between 5 to 10 years with proper care.
Factors Affecting Longevity
Several factors can influence how long your artificial tree will last outdoors:
Material Quality:
Trees made from high-quality, UV-resistant materials are less likely to fade or become brittle over time. Investing in a well-made tree can significantly extend its lifespan.
Weather Conditions:
Harsh weather conditions, such as extreme heat, heavy rain, or strong winds, can affect the durability of your artificial tree. Placing the tree in a sheltered location can help protect it from severe weather.

Are There Any Potential Dangers from Using an Artificial Tree?
While artificial trees are generally safe, there are a few potential concerns to be aware of. Some artificial trees may contain chemicals that can be harmful if ingested, and poorly made trees might pose a fire hazard if placed near heat sources. All of our inherently fire retardant foliage is guaranteed for life and tested to meet worldwide FR standards.
Large Artificial Trees Indoor

Chemical Safety:
Check for certifications or labels indicating that the tree is free from harmful chemicals like phthalates or heavy metals. Reputable manufacturers will often provide this information.
Fire Safety:
Ensure the artificial tree is flame-retardant, especially if it will be placed near electrical outlets or heat sources. This can prevent potential fire hazards and increase safety.
Child and Pet Safety:
If you have children or pets, choose an artificial tree with sturdy construction and non-toxic materials. Avoid trees with small, detachable parts that could pose a choking hazard.
Large Artificial Trees Outdoor
When using large artificial trees outdoors, there are specific safety considerations to keep in mind:
Wind and Stability:
Large outdoor artificial trees need to be securely anchored to prevent them from tipping over in strong winds. Ensure they have a weighted base or are properly staked into the ground.
Weather Resistance:
Check that the tree is rated for outdoor use and can withstand varying weather conditions. This includes UV protection to prevent fading and materials that can endure moisture and temperature fluctuations.
Pest Prevention:
While artificial trees are not susceptible to pests like real trees, it’s still a good practice to inspect them regularly to ensure no pests are making a home in or around the tree.
Safety Tips
Stable Placement:
Ensure the tree is placed on a stable surface to prevent it from tipping over.
Secure Decorations:
If you add decorations to the tree, make sure they are securely attached to prevent them from falling and causing injury.
Regular Inspection:
